Terms & Conditions / License Agreement The Ontario Tourism Marketing Corporation ( OTMPC) is the sole owner of all Photographic and Video stock materials and is licensed for use as specified in a request for images submitted via OTMPC's Imageontario.com website. All use of images are for non-commercial applications and any unapproved use of these images beyond this right becomes the responsibility of the said user and in doing they take full responsibility for any issues relating to any costs or charges from models or any member of the public that may be a subject within the images. OTMPC is not responsible for any use of images outside its approval for a specific one-time request a outlined by the user arising from unauthorized or unapproved use of its materials in writing to the direct user requesting the images. Credit for use must be given as Ontario Tourism (appropriate date). No third party use of images is allowed unless approved via a direct request for images via the imageontario.com website from OTMPC Creative Media Production. No originals will be released other than to OTMPC's chosen supplier for scanning of images to the specifications required by user. Where as originals are released and only under special consideration, the user must accept all responsibility for the loss of the originals and accept the replacement value of $1500/image. Loss or damage may result in loss of future access to images. Where possible the user must provide tear-sheets or copies of final produced materials to OTMPC for its records. Images may not be re-purposed or manipulated for any use other than the promotion of Ontario and no generic representation for a non-tourism related product or experience is allowed. No unauthorized duplication or copying of images other than what is required in the production of the materials by the user. Approval to access the image bank does not constitute that OTMPC will be covering the cost of the images but will be reviewed at the time of the applications and request for images. All requests are evaluated on a case by case basis as to whether they are supported by any of OTMPC's advertising, editorial, Incentive Travel , Trade, Sales or Publications programs via the respective co-ordinators who are responsible for these areas. I agree to the above conditions and swear that all information provided by me to OTMPC and its       representatives is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
